CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Brnze Bar, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask that you respect my time and the clients booked before and after you by following the cancellation policy. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy- Cancellations and appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 25% of the scheduled service. No-Shows- If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals- Please arrive on time for your spray tan appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment depending on my schedule. The applicable cancellation fee may apply. If you are running late and stay in communication with me, I will always do my best to work with you. If we need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Card on File- A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment.
